Happy Long Weekend!

Thank you all for your flexibility this week! I'm sure you're as exhausted as I am. Rest up and enjoy your 4 day weekend! Read below for some info to help next week go smoothly!

SGI Mailboxes

On the back counter by the sink you each have a mailbox. As I (or any of you) check the "Tutors" mailbox in the office, I will distribute materials to the appropriate box. Don't forget to check it every once in a while!

Memos and Calendar

Also on this back counter is a board you can leave notes on for me or each other. Not sure there is a need for it, but I had it at home and wasn't using it so.....

There is also a calendar back there. I may eventually hang it up, but for now it's on the counter. Use that to indicate when you know ahead of time days that you will be out of work....be sure to email me too, but the calendar will be a good reminder for me!

As changes are made to your schedules, they will be updated here. I will also try to send you a text or email to let you know. If in doubt, use this link ("By SGI" tab at the bottom) to confirm/verify your most recent schedule.

Eagle Time Update

I am diligently working on Eagle Time groupings and we are ordering materials. We are hoping to get started Sept 10....but we may have to use some different materials at first (leveled books, etc) until our new materials come in.


On Wednesday I will meet with PLCs to nail down who is doing which groups.


On Thursday - During any Eagle Time block you are assigned to - please report to 204. At that time I will give you the group of students, some info on materials, determine meeting locations, etc.

Online Training Reminders

Just a reminder about joining Google Classroom and completing the 4 quizzes (OSHA, BBP, Intruder, and Technology Policies). The code to join Google Classroom is e4mikp. Be sure you are logged in with your mgsd email address! Let me know if you have questions. I believe the deadline is today...so if you haven't please finish these up ASAP.
