Common App Workshop
Class of 2021 and Parent(s)/Guardian(s)
3rd Annual Common Application Workshop
As the academic year comes to a close, the College Counseling Office is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Common Application Workshop at La Salle Academy in August. We encourage the Class of 2021 to register and take advantage of this opportunity.
Workshops will be held virtually on Zoom or in Room S232 Shea Science Building depending on virus regulations. More details to come the first week of August.
About The Common App Workshop
The Class of 2021 will receive hands on direction with the completion of The Common Application from our experienced college counselors as well as learn about new trends and changes for the 2020-2021 application. They will create their Common Application account, select preferred colleges and complete each application subsection. The only section they will have left to complete is the supplemental questions and essay(s) for each school. Students do not need to know where they are applying to attend the workshop.
Completing the Common Application is a time consuming and detail oriented process. Each student’s application will be reviewed for common errors and he/she will be guided through some of the most challenging components of the application. Completing the Common Application before senior year is a great way to get a jump start on the college application process. Our goal is to ease the stress of the college process and senior year by providing a thorough workshop for our rising Seniors.
