Wagner Portrait Group will be photographing students for portrait packages & school records.

ONLY ONLINE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

(Please do not bring checks, cash, or order forms to school as they are longer accepted.)

We would love your help to reiterate some of our rules at the game:

• No throwing footballs before or during the game
• No students playing on the hills
• No students playing/sitting on railings
• Students must be (1) sitting in the student section, (2) eating in the concession area, or (3) sitting with parents

The fundraising deadline is TODAY.

Please note that items can be picked up from the BES gymnasium on Thursday, October 20 from 1:00-7:00pm. (Same day as parent/teacher conferences.) We will NOT have freezer space to store frozen items. If you are not available to pick the items up on October 20, please plan on making arrangements for someone to pick up the fundraiser items.

Incentives for selling items:

Sell 2 items: Attend a glow party (October 28 after Halloween parties)

Sell 4 items: Receive glow party items (bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc)

Sell 20 items: BIG PRIZE (to be shared at a later date)

This year's Homecoming theme is "Wild Wild West". The Homecoming football game is Friday, September 30th. More information regarding the parade and football game will be shared at a later date, however Homecoming shirts are on sale now! Click on the image to place your order!

All parents (grades Prek-5) are welcome to join Home & School! New attendees have the chance to win prizes! The next meeting is Tuesday, September 13 at 5:30pm in the Elementary Cafeteria

• Water bottles: Students should bring their own water bottle from home each day. If a student consistently does not have a water bottle, parents will be contacted.
• Drop-off: Doors do not open until 7:30a.m. Students are able to eat breakfast when they get to school.
• Pick-Up: If students are car riders they should be picked up by 3:10p.m. If you pick up in the car rider line and ONLY have students at the elementary- don't forget that you can go through the middle parking lot and bypass the line in front of the Intermediate school. If you have children in both BES and BIS, then you will need to follow the line in front of the Intermediate school.
