Spirit Night at On the Border - 01/11/24 11AM-9PM
Hope y’all had a lovely winter break and enjoyed some time off. Now we are back to the grind but we have something to make your life a little easier, not to mention yummier! Come eat at On the Border in Plano and mention Hebron Band and 20% of sales will be donated back to us! If you have a work lunch scheduled, gently request that it be held at On the Border! If you have a lunch date with a friend or significant other, you can do the same thing! You can eat in the restaurant for a nice night out with the family or pick up and eat at home! Hope to see you there!

Volunteer Central
Volunteers needed for Region Band Clinics and Concerts!
Welcome back to school and Spring Semester! It won’t be quite as crazy as the fall was, but we do still have quite a few things coming up that we need volunteers for.
If you have any questions reach out to Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org
We’ve started working on the Band Golf Tournament fundraiser that will be taking place at the end of May. We have a new golf tournament lead and a whole new team running it this year, and it’s going to be fabulous, but there are a lot of details that go into hosting a tournament and we could really use some more help. In particular, we could use more help with the sponsor/donor/silent auction parts of the tournament. The golf tournament has the potential to raise a lot of money for the band, so please come help us make it a huge success! If you’d be interested in helping, please e-mail Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org or Sarah Durrant at fundraising@hebronband.org.
Region Band Clinics and Concerts are coming up this weekend, and we still need TEN volunteers to chaperone on January 12 & 13. Please see the signup for all the details.
Fundraising Corner
We had a very successful Fall Fundraising Season. We are 80% of the way to our yearly fundraising goal, but it will take the success of all our Spring Fundraisers to get us to our goal!!
Did you know that 1/3 of the Hebron Band Budget comes from fundraising?
Why do we do so much fundraising? We want to keep our band program accessible to all families. Without fundraising, our band fees would have to increase by over $1000!!!
Please help the band and participate in ALL fundraisers!!
