DROP-OFF/PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Parents may walk their Allstars to their classrooms for the first day of school. Please do not enter the classrooms with your Allstar. You will have the opportunity to visit your student's classroom and meet their teacher during our Back-to-School Night on Tuesday, August 23rd. Scroll below for more information.
We will be continuing our procedures for pick-up that were adopted for the 2021-22 school year. We ask that all parents wait for their student(s) in the upper parking lot area by the planters by the main parking area until classes are brought out by their teachers. We thank you for your cooperation and will be in communication if we shift direction with this protocol as the year progresses.
Students are not to arrive on campus before 7:45 am. Supervision is not provided prior to that time. Extended child care is available on campus from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. Students are to go directly home/daycare after being dismissed by their teacher. For more information on child care, please call 714-990-7527.
Please see the map below regarding our Drop-off/Pick-up route & procedures:
- Red Arrows = Please remain in your car to drop-off and pick-up students. Students will go straight to their classrooms in the morning and be escorted to your car in the afternoon.
- Blue Arrows = TK & Kinder families are asked to park in the main parking area and can follow the blue path to walk and drop-off/pick-up students. There is no parking or drop-off/pick-up in the staff parking area or round-about. This is our designated bus drop-off/pick-up area.
- Yellow Box = Walker drop-off zone. Families can walk to this point. A staff member will cross them at the school’s cross walk and additional staff members will guide students to their classroom.
- Yellow Lines = Student waiting area for pick-up.
AROVISTA MEAL PROGRAM
All students will continue to receive a free breakfast/snack and lunch daily, provided by the federal government. However, some families may receive additional benefits, such as bus passes, reduced college entry costs and/or internet rates, if they qualify based on income. You can apply for these additional benefits and see if your child qualifies by applying at Titan School Solutions https://family.titank12.com/.
Please be aware that new procedures this year may require your student to punch in their 9-digit school ID number or some alternate way of accounting for their breakfast/snack and lunch. More information will be provided as we start the year.
