Positivity Project (P2)...
This week our Positivity Project character strength is identifying and appreciating the good in others.
What it means: It means assuming positive intent and slowing down (being present) so we can recognize the good in someone. This isn't always easy for us to do.
Why it matters: When we stay present and try to focus on positive intent, it helps us see situations through a positive lens. This also allows us to build positive relationships with people, and positive relationships are the cornerstone of happiness!
