Equipment can be reserved using the form linked below. TLT requires 24 hours advanced notice on all equipment requests to ensure the equipment is available and ready.

If an emergency arises contact your Instructional Technologist to see if we can assist you with your equipment needs.

Pick up equipment from J.C. Long Room 323, Monday-Friday, at the time you entered on the request form.

These iPads are intended to be used for instructional purposes. They may be checked out for terms longer than 10 business days but no longer than one full semester. A maximum of 5 iPads may be checked out out at a time. Our inventory is limited, so submit your request form early.

We have full-size iPads and iPad Minis available, as well as two Android tablets and a Microsoft Surface tablet.

Are you looking for an iPad to use for an entire semester? Maybe a few for your class’s group project? Then consider utilizing TLT’s Extended iPad Checkout. This allows faculty to check out up to five iPad Minis for up to a semester at a time. These iPads are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
