Principal's Message
Good afternoon CHS students and families,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We are excited to begin classes on Tuesday. Please check out the Staff Welcome Video below. The CHS Staff is happy and proud to serve our amazing students and community.
Speaking of amazing, it was wonderful to welcome our students, families, and community to our ribbon cutting and open house event. The evening was vibrant and humming with the electric buzz that our brand new space brings to our campus. The new wing has state of the art science classrooms, a Commons space to foster community, and some sleek bells and whistles. There is improved technology across the building. Thank you to the community for supporting our schools with the passage of the bond. And thank you to CHS Boosters, the Touchdown Club, Sodexo, Bremick Construction, Mahlum Architects, Cornerstone Property Management, and the facilities/maintenance and technology departments for all your hard work to make the evening a success and the new building ready for our students to learn.
As we begin a new school year, it is a great time to begin anew and set goals and intentions for the year. My goal is that all students have an amazing experience here at CHS and are ready for their next steps. Students, please share with your families what you would like to accomplish this year; we are all here to support you!
Best,
Cari Sloan
