How to Create a Sign Up Genius
- Go to www.signupgenius.com
- Choose Login/Join
- If you do not have an account, you will need to create one during this step
- In the top left corner, click the green button that says Create a Sign Up
- Name your group by Creating a new group - for example - Bostian Staff, 16-17 Parents, etc
- Give your sign up a Title and a Description
- Click Continue and choose a design/theme to match your occasion
- Choose the Date and Time event - Use the descriptions to help you decide which format you need to use
- Describe your time slots
- Click continue
- Decide on the settings you want your flyer to have - ex require email, phone or address
- Preview your Sign Up and then click Proceed to Invite & Publish on the top of your signup
- Take your Sign Up Live without sending emails
- Copy and paste the link from the next screen - this is the link to you sign up
- Sign into your RSS email and create a new email message to those that need the link to the sign up
- Paste the sign up genius link into the body of the email and send the email
For Credit
Create a sample sign up for a baby shower, wedding shower, parent teacher conference times, classroom volunteer times etc.
Send Amanda and Jennifer the link to the sign up to earn credit.
