Wednesday evening
As you know, Wednesday evening is jam packed and can be difficult to navigate. Please make sure to review the schedule with your students and determine when they should eat dinner as it is different for each student. It is also important to help them find their rehearsal and audition spaces as we use hundreds of rooms that evening.
- Strings students must stay for the entire audition block as call backs are common.
Awards and Business Luncheon
Did you purchase your luncheon ticket? Ensure you don't overlook this annual conference highlight. Reach out to Neil Swapp to purchase your ticket and enjoy a fantastic meal, foster camaraderie, and celebrate our award recipients.
Educator Mixer!
Mark your calendars now and plan to attend the annual educator mixer on January 12th (8:30 pm) at the Sheraton. Light snacks, fun, and camaraderie! See you there!
Saturday Concert Tickets
Saturday All-State Concert tickets are now available and can be purchased online via the link below. Please make sure to share this information with parents. Conference attendees (students and teachers) will receive a comp ticket.
Honor Concert Tickets
This year Popejoy is requiring every person entering the concert hall have a ticket - even for free concerts. Students will be given an actual ticket, however all others must obtain a digital ticket via the link below. I know this is an extra step, but there was no willingness to change this on Popejoy's part. Again, please share this with parents who will be attending these events.
