This is an engaging and innovative way for students to be able to interact with books.

After Tuesday's Staff Development Day, I know many people were excited about what they had learned and wanted to get to work implementing their new knowledge in their classrooms! It was great to see many friendly faces in my session - however, I know many people were curious about handouts from the various sessions. Make sure you check out the ELA portal where Meghan has posted various presentations from the day with TONS of resources for you!

I know many teams were excited to share their resources and with interdependence we all will benefit from everyone's experiences on November 4th.

I came across a Ted Talk that was truly an inspiration to watch from Brene Brown, a vulnerability researcher. She studies the human connection - our ability to empathize, belong, love. In her poignant, funny talk, she shares deep insight from her research, one that sent her on a personal quest to know herself as well as to understand humanity.

I was inspired by what she shared, about the ability to be vulnerable. It has so many implications for both our personal and professional lives. I encourage you to check it out!
