Project meeting in Ptuj, Slovenia, succesfully completed
The ERASMUS+ project Hybrid Learning Communities is a 2 year project and started in the summer 2021. The four participating organizations are:
Esbjerg Realskole, Denmark
Osnovna šola Olge Meglič, Slovenia
Kópavogsbær, Iceland
SOSU Østjylland (lead), Denmark
The project aims at development, implementation and transfer of innovative practices, joint initiatives for collaboration, learning and developing digital technology in education. This requires developing teachers’, learners and educational leaders’ digital skills to enhance the quality of virtual learning activities promoting a professional development in education.
Strategic and professional use of ICT methodologies and virtual collaboration across the project organizations is another project goal and has been the focus of the first project phase. A national desk research and surveys performed in the participating organizations, has been the foundation of a common development of a curriculum on how to enhance the competences of teachers to work in hybrid learning communities.
Next sted is a Joint Staff Training in Esbjerg, Denmark, in May.
