As school is winding down, the last two weeks are packed with fun and exciting activities. Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade Field Day was a BLAST, and we cannot wait to continue the fun events on Monday, June 5th with our 3rd & 4th graders. From the Water Cup Relay to the 3-Legged Race, there was something for everyone.

Another exciting event that took place today was our All School Read In, where we unveiled our very own Little Library! Two former Mill Valley students worked with their tech ed teacher to build the Little Library for our playground.

Perfect attendance (no days tardy or LOI markings) is hard to get but a great goal. Last school year, there were 10 students from Mill Valley Elementary that achieved this incredible feat.

These lucky MV teachers won a gift card for having the highest MV family attendance at our PTO meetings throughout the school year. Families who signed in received one point for their child's classroom. PTO rewarded them with a gift card to spend towards their classroom. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to attend our meetings and continue to support our goals to make MV the place to be! We hope to see you at our next meeting in September 2023.

Hi, my name is Elena. My husband and I moved to Muskego 8 years ago from the Orlando area. We moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to our families and to start a family of our own. I work full-time in a customer service position and am fortunate enough to work from home. In my free time I love to be outside, walk, cycle and camp. I have a kindergartner at MV and I am excited to be joining the PTO and get more involved in the MV community.
