SHS Career Day
Are you interested in participation in our SHS Career Day on Wednesday, March 6th?
SHS is in the process of bringing together different occupations for our students to learn about. SHS wants them to see the variety of opportunities in the real world. The program will be a gallery walk in our gym. We will release our students in two sessions. The high school wants to give them enough time to be able to explore the different career paths. You will have a six foot table to create a booth - you'll be able to bring handouts, displays or even different activities that students might enjoy. SHS wants our students to hear your story! Please click on the link below to register.
If you have any questions, please email Clark Mitchell at clark.mitchell@sunnyvaleisd.com.

Support the Taylor / Williams Family
Many of our community members have asked how to assist the Taylor and Williams family at this time.
Last week, the granddaugher of former Superintendent Doug Williams and his wife Kris passed away. Her name was Lyla Taylor.
On Saturday, there will be a Chick-Fil-A Fundraiser (at three locations - Sunnyvale, Forney and Mesquite) that will support the needs of Lyla's parents, Caine and Emily Taylor. Mention your support of the fundraiser and the proceeds of your purchase will go directly to the Taylor Family. Additional
donations are also welcome.
