This Wednesday; April 2nd, Jesus Changes Everything Week 5
Join us this Wednesday for a night of fun, friendship, and faith! Whether you’re new or have been coming for a while, there’s always something exciting happening. From games and engaging video series to real conversations about life and God, Wednesday nights are the perfect midweek recharge. We’d love to see you there—don’t miss out!
Our new Wednesday series has been going great! Last week’s video sparked deep discussions, and the students were really engaged. To give everyone more time to process the content, I’ll be splitting the next video into two parts over the next two weeks. This will allow for even deeper conversations in small groups. Looking forward to another awesome week!
Time:6:30-8:30
Location: T1
Topic: New Habits Part 2
This Sunday, April 6th, Youth Transformed Lounge
This week is our Transformed Youth Lounge. The purpose of our Transformed youth lounges is to equip our youth with tools to help them grow in their faith as they are being transformed by Jesus. This week, we are going to dive into our church's beliefs and values. As a part of North Orange it is important for our youth to know what we believe and why. This also gives the students the opportunity to ask questions about what they believe and value in a safe environment. Especially when there are so many different beliefs, values and churches around every corner.
Students go directly to T1 @10am.
Week Three Challenges:
1)Pray with your family at mealtime. Make a point of praying for people in need.
2)Fast from a habit, practice, or mindset that most stands in the way of you growing closer to God.
3)Take over a disliked chore for a family member.
Next Wednesday, April 9th, Jesus Changes Everything Week 6
Join us next Wednesday for an evening full of fun, community, and faith! Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, there's always something exciting to be part of. From interactive games to thought-provoking video series, to real conversations about life and God, Wednesday nights are the perfect midweek boost. We’d love for you to be there—don’t miss it!

Also this Week....
This Friday we are having a 6k for water planning meeting from 5:30-7:30pm in T1 and dinner will be provided.
I know our students have a lot on their plates with school, extracurriculars, and life in general, and I understand that serving can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why 6K for Water is such a special opportunity—it’s a chance for students to serve in a fun and meaningful way while making a lasting impact on teens just like them across the world by providing access to clean water.
If your student isn’t sure about getting involved, encourage them to come to the planning meeting to learn more and see if it’s a good fit for them! Also, this meeting can count as service hours for students who need them.
If you are coming, please let Moriah so she can plan accordingly for dinner.
PERMISSION SLIPS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR THIS WEDNESDAY
Current Sunday series
Turn your eyes: Renewed Devotion to our Servant King
Big Idea of the Series: This Lenten series calls us all to turn our eyes upon Jesus as we follow him from his triumphal entry into Jerusalem to the crucifixion. Each week reveals an aspect of Christ’s heart and sacrifice and invites us to renewed devotion to our Servant King in surprising ways. Over and over, Christ challenges us to put aside our selfish desires and misguided understandings and conform to his heart.

Jesus Changes Everything
Teenagers often feel trapped. They’re stuck in the same habits, depression sets in, and they wonder about their purpose. Life might seem pointless or hopeless at best. The lie that says nothing will ever change pulls teenagers deeper into the rut.
But Jesus offers a way out. He reaches down to give life—a new path to follow. He has the power to free us from habits, redeem our relationships, and give us a new identity. It all begins by deciding to follow Him, because a life surrendered to Jesus is a life transformed.
In this 4-part series, Nick Hall, Founder and Chief Communicator for PULSE, a ministry focused on reaching the next generation for Christ, talks to students about how a relationship with Jesus changes everything—our identity, relationships, habits, and mission. Students will be challenged to allow Jesus to transform every aspect of their lives.

Thousand Pines 2025
This year, we are excited to be planning a trip to Thousands Pines Christian Camp in Crestline from June 30th to July 4th.
The cost for the camp is $500, and before I reserve spots, I would like to gauge how many students are interested in attending. If your student is interested, please email me at mtucker@nocc.org. Additionally, if your family would like to request a scholarship, please let me know how much assistance would be needed.
Please note that this is to get an idea of the number of interested students and does not guarantee a spot at this time.
REGISTRATION Is now open pick ups yours in T1.
