WHY TEACH IMMIGRATION?
Immigration is a complex issue. At the national, local and classroom level, young people are hungry for open, informed discussion.
Teach Immigration addresses this need, giving you unique resources and skills to use in your classroom including:
1) training in deliberations with students about complex issues
2) strategies to increase student knowledge of the laws and politics surrounding immigration reform
3) opportunities for your students to contribute ideas through participatory politics.
