ROOMS: Communication Tool

Many parents may have received a sheet that had the Magic Code for Rooms. This code is unique for each student. If you have the DragonsLink downloaded to your phone, you can follow the instructions below to access Rooms.


Rooms will be the main two-way communication tool that teachers will be using this year.

Braum's Book Buddy

Braum’s Book Buddy Enrollment is officially open! Braum’s Book Buddy is a reading incentive program for children in the 1st - 5th grades. Each child can earn Braum’s ice cream treats just by reading, and it is free to participate in the program! Learn more at https://www.braums.com/book-buddy/

Dragon Gear '23

Get your Dragon Gear ordered! There will be two rounds of ordering:


  • Today - August 18: Orders will be delivered to school by August 25.
  • August 26 - September 1: Orders will be delivered to school by September 11.


Proceeds will benefit MHS FBLA and the Dragon Yearbook.


You can order and pay online at the link below. Paper order forms will be available at each office by the end of the first week of school.

Courtney Dean, our 2023 Teen Miss Mountainburg, participated in Fill the Boot on July 4. The proceeds raised help to fund the fireworks show for next year.

VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM| Our mission is to ensure high levels of learning for all, and ensuring a safe and secure school is a priority.

We are implementing a visitor management system utilizing Raptor which will allow us to know precisely who is on campus. This is being done at each campus in the district.

Venue Change: The scrimmage game versus Baptist Prep will be this coming Friday, August 18 beginning at 7:00 pm at HENDRIX COLLEGE in Conway.

DragonFly

Parents - It is very important that this gets completed before your Dragon athlete begins practicing in their sport.


If you have a son or daughter entering 7th - 12th grade and they are going to participate in a sport through the Mountainburg Athletic Department, you must complete the information through the DragonFly portal. This is mandatory through the Arkansas Activities Association.

The Mountainburg Board of Education meets once a month unless a special meeting is needed. A study session will be held at 5:15 and the business session will be at 6:00 PM. Meetings are held downstairs in the Mountainburg Administration Building.
