Self-Certification for In-Person Learners

Many thanks to the parents of our in-person learning students as the percentage of students being Self-Certified prior to the AM and PM sessions as significanly increased! Today, we had 100% of students in the AM session and 95% of students in the PM session Self-Certified! Thank you for taking this requirement seriously to ensure the safety of our students and staff!


As a reminder, prior to entering Fullerton, all parents of in-person learners must Self-Certify that their child is free of COVID-19 symptoms. The daily student Self-Certification must be done each day. Please remember to log in to Skyward Family Access or using the app. to complete the daily certification. This Tuesday, 11/3/20 Election Day - NO SCHOOL

Hybrid (In-Person)/ Remote Learning Clarification

Hybrid (In-Person) & Remote Learners in grades 1 - 5 are Full Day Learners

^ AM and PM sessions refer to the time students are working in-person or remotely with their classroom teacher

^ The AM session begins at 8:45 am and ends at 11:15 a

^ The PM session begins at 12:45 pm and ends at 3:15 pm

^ When students are not working in-person or remotely with their classroom teacher students should:

  • Working independetly on assignments/activities assigned by their teachers
  • Attend one of the following Specials classes each day of the week: Art, Computer Technology, Library, Music & PE)
  • Students that recieve related services will meet with their specialist(s)
  • Students that recieve EL services will meet with the EL Resource Teacher


^ Wednesdays - ALL students are remote learners and should log into their classroom teachers Zoom meeting at 8:45 am, regardless of AM or PM assignment.



Kindergarten Students are Half-Day Learners

^ AM and PM sessions refer to the time students are working in-person or remotely with their classroom teacher

^ The AM session begins at 8:45 am and ends at 11:15 a

^ The PM session begins at 12:45 pm and ends at 3:15 pm


^ Wednesdays - ALL students are remote learners and should log into their classroom teachers Zoom meeting at 8:45 am, regardless of AM or PM assignment.

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/teacher conferences will take place on Wednesday, 11/18/20 & Thursday, 11/19/20 from 4:00 to 7:30 pm and on Friday, 11/20/20 from 12:45 to 3:30 pm. Parents who want to conference with their child's teacher must sign up for conferences using Skyward Family Access. The window for parents to schedule conferences in Skyward Family Access will close on 11-6-20 at 4:00 pm. All conferences will take place virtually via Zoom.. Please reference the below instructions to schedule a conference.

Friday, 11/20/20: NO IN-PERSON LEARNING

Due to parent/teacher conferences, there will be no in-person instruction on Friday, 11-20-20. Below is the schedule students will follow:

AM Schedule

  • All students will be remote learning from 8:45 to 11:15 am with their classroom teachers.
PM Schedule
  • Parent/teacher conferences will occur from 12:45 to 3:30 pm.
  • Students will work asychronously on assignments/activities provided by their classroom teacher.
  • Specials will occur synchronously.

ASD 4 Food Distribution

Good News! The USDA has approved to extend the Summer Food Service Program until the end of the 2021 School Year (June 2021). This means that children 18 years and under can receive a meal at no charge. ASD 4 will continue to distribute meals every Wednesday between the hours of 10:30 am - 12:30 pm at Indian Trail, Fullerton, Lake Park and Lincoln. Food distribution includes a 7 day Meal Package of both breakfast and lunch.
