If your student is not up to date on school vaccinations required by the state, please consider this convenient option! On September 21st, families will have the opportunity to attend a vaccination clinic at the Decatur Township School for Excellence in the Community Room (Door 1) from 4:30-7:00pm. It is important to maintain compliance for the safety of your student.

MSD of Decatur Township has teamed up with Health Heroes to offer Flu shots to our students this year. Flu shot clinics will be held during the school day for students and staff between September 28 and September 30th. The consent form to sign up for a Flu shot is being sent home with your student this week. Please return the consent form to your student's school by Wednesday, September 21st.

MSD Decatur Township will be offering a COVID vaccine clinic in partnership with the Indiana Department of Health on the following dates: September 14, and October 7 from 9:30am-5:00pm. Patients welcome with or without an appointment. This site has Moderna and Pfizer and is vaccinating anyone age 5 and older. This clinic site is a drive-thru.

It will be located in the parking lot of the Armstrong Pavilion at 5251 Kentucky Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46221.
