THE STRENGTH OF THE WOLF IS ITS PACK
February 23, 2024
Tonight at Thompson!
Dear Wasco Families,
It’s my favorite time of the year…. WASCO TALENT SHOW! If you haven’t seen the show, please stop by to see our student’s bravery, and their diverse talents. I also enjoy watching our audience admire, respect, and appreciate their classmates' talents. When we honor and celebrate others we all win.
WASCO TALENT SHOW- Friday, February 23rd, 6:30 at Thompson Middle School.
Kind Regards,
Principal Brennan

Community News / Resources
The District 303 Board has approved boundary maps for elementary, middle, and high schools. Maps are effective with the 2024-2025 school year beginning this fall. The Board's decision completes a process that began last fall to reduce school overcrowding and help to ensure equitable learning experiences across the District. District 303 had contracted with demographer RSP & Associates to create concept maps based on Board-approved guiding principles and community feedback. Please see the parent notice from Superintendent Gordon to learn more and review the approved maps.
St. Charles Public Library Visit
This week our fourth graders spent time with a St. Charles Public Librarian so she could teach and show off STEAM kits available at the library. Need a little mid winter pick me up? Consider stopping by the library and exploring. I guarantee your kids will find some treasure!
- Earthquakes kits
- SCPL has a number of Spirographs for in-house programming use and one for checkout so that will be at a station as well
