Field Day

Coulston Families, it is time to prepare for this year's Field Day!! If you are interested in volunteering for Field Day at Coulston Elementary this year, please click on the link below! The last day to sign up for Field Day will be this Friday, May 12th. Mr. Brown will contact volunteers prior to the event. Field Day will be on May 24th.

Coulston Families it is hard to believe we are approaching the end of the school year. We have several events that will be happening as we wrap up the year. Please see below for a list of what is happening at the end of the year.

Summer Feeding

SCS will be hosting the summer feeding program again this year. The dates are June 5-July 28. Each site will serve both breakfast and lunch. We have added a few new locations for the program this year. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Lost and Found

Are you missing any items??!!! Parents there are several items in our lost and found that have not been claimed! If you could check with your child about missing items and have them check the lost and found, that would be great! We will be sharing some photos next week on our school Facebook of the lost and found. If you see something that belongs to your child, please have them claim it. At the end of the year we will bag up all leftover items and donate them to a local organization! Thanks in advance for your help.

Book Fees

Just a reminder that you only have a few weeks to pay book fees for the 22-23 school year. Please contact the office to make arrangements for payments. Thank you.

alimentación de verano

SCS será el anfitrión del programa de alimentación de verano nuevamente este año. Las fechas son del 5 de junio al 28 de julio. Cada sitio servirá desayuno y almuerzo. Hemos agregado algunas ubicaciones nuevas para el programa este año. Por favor vea el volante adjunto para más información.

Objetos perdidos

Te falta algún artículo??!!! ¡Padres, hay varios artículos en nuestro perdido y encontrado que no han sido reclamados! Si pudiera consultar con su hijo sobre los artículos perdidos y hacer que revisen los objetos perdidos y encontrados, ¡sería genial! Compartiremos algunas fotos la próxima semana en el Facebook de nuestra escuela de objetos perdidos y encontrados. Si ve algo que pertenece a su hijo, pídale que lo reclame. ¡Al final del año empaquetaremos todos los artículos sobrantes y los donaremos a una organización local! Gracias de antemano por tu ayuda.

Tarifas de libros

Solo un recordatorio de que solo tiene unas pocas semanas para pagar las tarifas de los libros para el año escolar 22-23. Comuníquese con la oficina para hacer arreglos para los pagos. Gracias.

Coulston Elemenatry Field Day

Hello Coulston Families!!

Field Day is quickly approaching! This year, our Field Day for Coulston Elementary will be on the last day of school, Wednesday, May 24th. We are looking for volunteers to help during Field day !

If you are able and would like to volunteer your services on this exciting day, please email Mr. Brown or telephone the school office for more information.
The times we need volunteers on Wednesday, May 24th are as follows:

Session #1: Grades 3, 4 and 5 (8:00 AM - 10:40 AM)

Session #2: Grades K, 1 and 2 (11:15 AM - 1:55 PM)

If you are interested, please complete the following:

Email Mr. Brown or you can call the Coulston front office for more information. When emailing Mr. Brown, please include your name, your student’s name, grade level and their classroom teacher and the session(s) you would like to volunteer for.
You will also need to complete the limited background check (link attached below) and turn it into the Coulston front office as soon as possible. Anyone interested in volunteering must submit and pass this limited background check before they will be allowed to volunteer for Field Day.
