Family Literacy and Community Resource Fair

We are so excited to be taking part in the Family Literacy and Community Resource Fair. The ELC has decided to have a booth with the theme of Growing Plants and a make and take of a seeded pot. There will be many other family resources present and we encourage all families with kids under 6 to join!

There will be raffles and we have come up with a theme of "Summer Fun!" If you come across any summer toys or activities to donate to our basket we would appreciate it! Anything to keep the kids having fun during summer break.

Thacher and ELC Food Drive

Please consider onating non-perishable food items to our Friends helping Friends food drive. We are in need of cereal, peanut butter, mac n' cheese, and other snack items (granola bars, goldfish, etc.) All items collected will support our Thacher Community Food Pantry.

We will be collecting food until Wednesday, April 12th. Thank you for your support!

Kindergarten Registration

Do you know a student who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2023? Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open now! Registration must be completed by May 1, 2023, in order to guarantee placement in your neighborhood school. Visit the APS Registration page for more information. ELC students should not complete the online registration process. As a member of the ELC, your child is already enrolled in Attleboro Public Schools. The ELC to Kindergarten Packet contains information regarding the process to transition your child to Kindergarten.

Apptegy Opt Out & In – All of the District’s SMS messages are sent from the same number: 98900. Users can opt-out by texting STOP to the number. If you would like to opt back in, you can text START to the same number. Users must be in our Apptegy database to opt-in.
