A Note to the Families
March and April News
Hello Families,
Project Connect will be closed for February Vacation (20th -24th) and will return on February 27th for sign-up week. During sign-up week Tuesday, Feb. 28th, Ms. Shelley will be hosting Bring a Book to Life from 9:30-10:30am. Thursday, March 2nd, Ms. Sarah will be at Bartek Rec. Center for Play at the Gym from 10:00-11:30am (no registration required for the Gym).
The new series will beginning on the week of March 6th.
We would also like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT! to all of our families that have been participating in the recent fundraisers. Our PTO (SHOUT OUT! to them as well) was able to purchase $130.00 in new books for our program with your generosity. Thank you!
Bad Weather Cancellations
If Channel 9, and local news stations announce, " No School for Attleboro", then Project Connect will be CLOSED. If there is a school delay, we will cancel the first morning group. Information will be posted on Facebook.

A Night to Discover
You are invited to A Night to Discover: APS Student Learning and Community Partnership Showcase on March 7th from 6:00-7:30pm. Join APS students, families, staff, and community organizations as students from throughout the district display their learning experiences and local community resources share information about their services and programs. Make sure you stop by and say "Hi" to Ms. Shelley and Ms. Cheryl at the Project Connect table.
Attleboro Art Museum's Flower Show
Attleboro Art Museum's Annual Flower Show is just around the corner, March 23rd-26th. This year's theme is "Songs of Spring-Nature's Music." The Gallery and Studio will be filled with lush gardens, floral arrangements and live music. Join Ms. Sarah on Thursday the 23rd from 10:00-10:30am in the Clay Room for Music and Movement *Note: Ms. Sarah's Music and Movement program will require advance registration through the Art Museum*
Papa Gino's Fundraiser
Please consider going to Papa's Gino's on Thursday March 23rd from 4:00-9:00pm for some awesome food and a chance to "Raise Some Dough" for Project Connect. We will receive 20% on all qualifying orders.

Family Literacy & Community Resource Fair
We are please to announce The Family Literacy & Community Resource Fair (formally known as the The Family Fun Fair) is back! Please join Project Connect, Attleboro Public Library, Food and Friends, Taunton/Attleboro Family Resource Center and many other Attleboro based agencies on Saturday, April 29th from 9:30-11:30am in the Attleboro High School Cafeteria. This fair is a great way to find out what resources you and your family have access to as an Attleboro resident. There will be activities for the children and raffles.
