You Will Get Thru!

I want to encourage you to press on!

I'm so proud of all of you as you continue to push on at this time of the quarter. It is exciting and exhausting at the same time. I love hearing all the enthusiasm over student learning, the planning of reading and writing celebrations and preparations for parent conferences. All of that takes enormous effort. When I listen to the gibberish code teachers use to talk to each other about kids, schedules, extras...my heart goes out. The school day is already so full. We have taken on a lot this year, not counting all the changes you've personally want to make in your classroom. Don't become weary in well doing. Be the agent of change for our district. State the positive when everyone else is negative. Change is hard, no denying or downplaying. Keep each other encouraged in your good work and in turn, you will be encouraged. This little video speaks volumes to our relationships and support of others.

Washington Learning Lunch
