A message from Mrs. Rittmiller
Students laughter fills the hallways as does the quiet moments of learning! Students are proving what they are learning with common assessments in the classroom as well as taking the NWEA MAPS tests! Thank you for your support in providing time to talk about their day. They are jam packed and there are many things that are happening each and every day!
I look forward to seeing you at conferences. This is a time to find out how your student is doing and to set goals for the remainder of the school year!
Please stop by Hilltop or call if you have any questions or concerns. We know each and every student matters and you as caregivers also play a huge role in success! YOU MATTER and the partnership between home and school is so very important!
Together in Learning,
Mrs. Rittmiller
Conferences will be Feb. 1 and Feb. 3

Grade 4 - Kindness Retreat
***Student will be required to wear masks for this event as we are inviting St. Anne's and some Middle School High School Students in for this day.
More about this event:
Youth Frontiers works with students in grades four through twelve, presenting topics on the important values of kindness, respect, courage, and integrity. Their mission is to enhance communities by improving school climate. Youth Frontiers was founded in 1987 and has presented to over 1.2 million students and educators in fourteen states. It will be a wonderful day of learning and school community building. We feel this retreat will help build class unity and form new friendships among our students. There will be follow up PBIS/7 Mindsets activities in the classrooms throughout the school year.
We encourage you to inquire about the retreat experience and reinforce the value of kindness, Giant PRIDE and 7 Mindsets with your child. We look forward to your child participating in this fun, high-energy day! Please feel free to contact Kristan Pfarr at 507-665-5906 with any questions or concerns.
