***Volunteers Needed this week***
Here are our volunteer opportunities for the week of August 20th (and a few to plan ahead for).
- We did not have enough volunteers on Saturday the 19th to complete all of the uniform jobs that needed to be done! We need ALL HANDS ON DECK this Saturday the 26th to get all of the kids fitted with uniforms. You DO NOT need to have experience or be qualified to fit uniforms, just sign-up and we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Please come help!
- This Friday is our first home football game! We still need a lot of chaperones and help with other vital jobs for before, during and after the game!
- And don’t forget, you must be background checked to work with the kids! It’ll take you 5 minutes, so please click the button below for step-by-step instructions for that simple process! Don’t delay, it can take a few days to get your approval back from the district!
- If you’ve already submitted your background check application, please don’t forget to go back into Voly, once you are approved, and join the Hebron Band Event. If you click the button below, and go to step 3, there’s a link that will take you straight to the event.
- If you have any questions reach out to Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org

Uniform Needs This Week
THANK YOU to everyone who came and volunteered some of your time yesterday to help us with the uniform fittings. You are amazing!!
Everything went very smoothly and we could not have done it without your help!
For those of you who missed it- don’t worry - you’re in luck! This coming Saturday, the 26th, you’ll have one more chance to come out and experience all the fun we’ve been having for yourself! So come join us on Saturday and let’s help get those kids all fit and looking great on the field for the season! Sign-up at the volunteer link.
Parents!!!!!
THANK YOU for being patient on Saturday and letting your students pick up their items!
PLEASE have them try everything on and let me know ASAP if there are any issues. They will be wearing their polo, black shorts and black marching shoes for Friday’s game and I need to have time to correct any problems BEFORE Friday!
If your black marching shoes fit, please write your name on the BOTTOM of both shoes in silver sharpie. QUESTIONS? Contact Mrs. Miller uniforms@hebronband.org

Docusign must be completed ASAP! We're down to 35 not completed!
We can not have students perform in any football games or any other outside of school activities with these forms being completed.
Parents and students, please check your spam and email and sign all forms.
Parents and students have each received two emails. The emails came from “Jeff Mabray via
Docusign.” Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them. One will contain just the LISD
Drug Policy & Medical Release; the other will contain all the other forms.
- Please complete all fields, and submit. Once you and your student have completed all fields, you’ll both get an email confirmation telling you “Your Document Has Been Completed.”
- You will want to find 10 to 15 minutes of uninterrupted time where you can sit down and carefully and thoughtfully review each document and the complete ALL required fields and any optional fields that apply to you and your situation.
- Docusign helps you out by filling in some information as you type. For example, once you have entered your student’s name, it should auto-populate in other fields where it is required.
If your family did NOT receive the emails at all or you have questions about the forms, please
reach out to presidentelect@hebronband.org immediately and I will get back with you. Again, we only need one set of forms per student, not per parent/guardian. You do not need to create a docusign account or download their app to complete these forms.
