eLearning Support and Information
The 2023-2024 eLearning days will be:
February 14th, 2024
March 13th, 2024
All students have their required login codes for eLearning in the clear back pocket of their yellow take-home folder. Please remind them to NOT take them out of the sleeve. It should remain in the pocket the entire year. I will have their eLearning module on Canvas completed prior to the scheduled day and we will be going through each step together. In other words, they should independently be able to complete the work on Wednesday because I will teach them how to do so on Tuesday. Completely this work is required so they are not marked absent; however, they have extended time after Wednesday to do so.
I am understanding that many of our second grade students are not yet able to read the instructions; therefore, they are recorded by second grade teachers. I have done my best to keep it simple, yet beneficial. Again, I truly anticipate most of the work being completed independently for most students.
We all know technology problems occur and I have included in the email many options to correct the problems. I am not able to provide technology support myself on an eLearning day. This day is for professional development and although I will have office hours, I encourage you to seek help from the technology professionals.
