Camp Counselors/Specialists
Counselors and Specialists are carefully selected based upon experience, background, knowledge and their desire to work with children. Many of our counselors return each summer assuring that Camp Turtle Rock has dedicated staff working with our campers. Prior to camp, all staff members participate in a comprehensive training program. Staff learn how to understand and implement camp procedures, guidelines and learn additional skills that are needed to lead the campers' energies towards growth and development. Staff are supervised and supported throughout the summer by camp directors, supervisors and administrators. Apply HERE
Camp Kinneret Counselor/Specialist
Working at Camp Kinneret is an opportunity to gain leadership experience and practical skills through guided experiential learning. Staff members work with their campers to build confidence, independence, friendships, and more, all while developing important skills such as communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking that colleges and careers look for. Our staff receive one-on-one coaching from their Leadership Team member (a group of education professionals), set goals, and have lots of fun throughout the summer! Our summer is from June 17th to August 16th, and we have a 5-day staff orientation the week prior (June 10th – June 14th). Apply HERE
