CKH Parent Survey
Dear parent/guardian
I hope everyone had a relaxing holiday break with family and love ones. I am asking you to take a few minutes and complete a Capturing Kids Heart survey. Continual growth is based on feedback, reflection, and celebration. The CKH Mid-Year Implementation Survey provides us with an opportunity to receive feedback so that we can celebrate your student as well as staff and establish new growth goals. Again, thank you for your time and input
Lost and Found
All leftover Lost and Found will be donated to a local church on Wednesday Dec 20th. All items will be spread out on the cafeteria tables during the holiday parties. Please come by and see if you find your item!

Procedure Reminders
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
FRONT OF BUILDING:
Walkers, Daycares, and Buses ONLY
Do not drop off in the front of the building!
BACK OF BUILDING:
There will be two lines for drop off.
Your child may begin to exit their vehicles as you enter the awning area if you are in the interior lane.
A staff member will assist your student out of the car if you are in the outside lane. They will then be walked to a central location and a crossing guard will stop vehicles to get them across.
Adults will be outside to ensure your child is safe and will happily open vehicle doors of any student whom needs assistance.
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
If you need to make Dismissal Changes those need to be made by calling the front office by 2:00PM or there is a strong chance your student will go home the way they normally do.
FRONT OF BUILDING:
Bus and Walkers ONLY
WALKERS:
Walkers will not gather at the bike racks (in front of the building) for parents meeting their children. Teachers will escort them in a line out the building to the crosswalk. Please wait across the street for your child. Older siblings (Gr4-5) may wait by the bike racks for their younger sibling before crossing the crosswalks.
BACK OF BUILDING:
The gate will open at 2:45. Please form two lines when entering. You will be given a name/number sign to put around your front mirror. Ms. Rodriguez and Mrs. Sykora will greet you each day and use that code to line the students in order. All students will be brought to your vehicle by an adult.
**For both drop off and pickup; please enter from Erby Campbell; there is no way for you to join the drop off/pickup line if you enter from the service road**
