I hope you have a wonderful break with your Husky! Take some time to reflect with them on all the things we have to be thankful for. We will hit the ground running next Monday with three more weeks of school before the Christmas break. Make it a great day!

Student pictures - Who takes the BEST student pictures? MOMS AND DADS! We want YOUR awesome pictures to utilize in our yearbook for this year. I have created a google folder that you can upload them into. This has many folders inside for the different events we have had including the first day of school, sporting events, new student orientation/open house, theater, cheer, 6th grade social, homecoming, etc. Please utilize this google folder to upload your pictures!

We kicked off the week with a "Friendsgiving Feast" put on by Shiloh Road Church of Christ. They sure do know how to take care of our Husky PACK!

We got to end the week with ANOTHER feast! Thank you to our PTA for providing some awesome Turkey and Ham!

Shoutout to all the Husky Band PACK members who put on an awesome performance this past week! We are so appreciative of the work they put in under the guidance of Stephanie Flanagan and Patrick Riley!

Our Husky theater students also put on a fantastic show this past week! Thank you to Kiara Hawkins and Laci Reid for helping them make it so awesome.

This past week I had the pleasure of taking a small group of our students off campus to Sam's Club for a shopping spree. It only took two cars and a battery pack to jump the bus off to get there, but where there's a will, there's a way!

Did you know we have two veteran's on campus? Mr. Lytle in 8th grade RLA and Mr. Richardson in ISS both served faithfully!

Last week, students collected data to use in their study of probability. Students had a great time and learned a lot while exploring this mathematical concept.

Susan McElroy had an awesome idea and put together this activity for the 7th grade students. They had a FEAST of a learning opportunity in the media center. Mr. Simms even joined in!

6th graders from the "Kappa House" helped brainstorm and implement some great activities during Kindness Week.

This is going to be a great event that you won't want to miss. Come check out some awesome cars at the upcoming car show. This will be held at the Tyler Legacy parking lot instead of at Hubbard!

Mark your calendars because you will NOT want to miss this awesome event!

Girl Power is a one day event, hosted by the Junior League of Tyler, for 6th grade girls in Smith County. The day will be full of activities focused on self-esteem, self-defense, community involvement, volunteerism, and more.

Be sure to save the date - January 27th! More details will be coming soon!

We are still adding more and more dads to the club each Friday! Get involved in your Husky's education and come join us on Friday mornings to greet students and prepare them for a great day!
