Happy February families!
I can’t believe it is February already, where has the time gone? As usual, our newsletter and calendar highlight a number of events occurring this month. If you have any questions about any events coming up, please let us know.
January was a successful month, marked by several school-wide events. Family Literacy Week, basketball tournaments and the Jr. High winter dance were noteworthy highlights for our school. We extend our gratitude to all our dedicated teachers and community members whose contributions played an important role in making these events truly memorable for our school community.
This year's weather has led to challenging icy conditions and up and down temperatures. We appreciate your support and understanding as we adapt to these temperature-related changes. Just a friendly reminder to please ensure your child is equipped with the necessary gear for the varying weather conditions.
Additionally, Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open March 11th.
If you know any families interested in attending WRCS and reside in our boundaries, please encourage them to register early as our kindergarten classes do fill up quickly. If you have any questions about kindergarten registration, please feel free to contact us at the school.
