- Summer Latchkey Program: The summer Latchkey Program is currently full. We are creating a waitlist so if you would like to be placed on that please call the elementary office.
- Junior Golf: June 1st-3rd. Call Emerald Vale to reserve your spot. The cost is $30 per player. Thanks!
PTO: The PTO (parent-teacher organization) is looking for new parent recruits who want to be a part of a great group to enhance the school experience for all students! Please get in touch with Mr. Katona if you're interested in joining! Our next meeting will be on Monday, August 15, at 6:30 PM in the Elementary Library. The doors on Maple Street will be open at 6:20 PM.
Kindergarten Roundup: If you have a student eligible for kindergarten next year, you can contact the elementary office for roundup information. You can sign up here as well!
Headstart and GSRP are accepting students for enrollment for the next school year. See the flyer below.
- Drop-off Lane: Parents/Guardians! Please don't leave your vehicle in the drop-off lane, and please pull forward to allow other vehicles to enter. This WILL help the flow of traffic.
- Parents are strongly encouraged not to contact the office after 2:30 PM to have their child picked up unless of an emergency. The office is busy after 2:30, and it may be challenging to accommodate parents' requests.
- Visitors: Visitors will not be allowed to enter the building this year.
- Medication can not be given without paperwork from the school signed by the physician, and this includes Epi-pens and inhalers as well as prescribed and non-prescribed medication. The kitchen cannot accommodate any food modifications without the form from the school filled out by a physician. Please be sure to contact the office and get the proper paperwork for any Medication disbursement or food modification forms for the kitchen.
- Next year's teacher: New this year! Families will be notified of their child's next year's teacher in June.
