MMHS Counseling Newsletter
A Message From Your Counselors. April 2021.
Hi Matadors!
Quarter 4 is here! Only 7 more weeks remaining in the school year! If you are needing to make up grades, summer school information will be coming out shortly so be sure to check your emails and the Mount Miguel High School Counseling page!
This month your counseling team would like to focus on a new Career Exploration tool called XELLO. Xello is an annual tool that will help you gain insight about yourself and help guide you towards your future career path. This year Xello will be geared towards our 9th-11th grade students to help them meet their post secondary plan or career plan, which is a GRADUATION REQUIREMENT. Students should expect to see this introduced in their Advisory and Period 4 classes.
You can find three brief presentations below, along with a short 5 minute video embedded within the presentation that will help you get started.
Please feel free to reach out to your counselor if you have any additional questions. We are happy to help you on your career path.
