Attention BVSW Coaches, Booster Clubs, Clubs and Activities — Winter Concessions Dates Opening SOON! Mark your calendars!
All clubs and activities are invited to sign up to work concessions for sports and activities. The PTO "pays" your club to work these concessions -- money goes to your group! Please attend one of the trainings below to learn more about it!
November 14-16 (9am daily) — signup will open and clubs will be allowed to sign up for one game per day. Games remaining will be open to any club interested beginning November 17. Payout amounts for each game will be listed on the signup.
November 29 (6PM) and November 30 (9AM) — Concessions Training! There must be at least one TRAINED representative from your club present every time your club works concessions. It does not have to be the club president or even same person every time. Send a few people so you have coverage — we will walk everyone through Concessions start to finish so that they will know what to do when they arrive. (If you were trained in the fall, you are welcome but not required!)
