Makeup Pictures - Our school photographers will be at IVA Elementary (1 Liberty, Irvine 92620) on September 8th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. School photos will be available for purchase. If your child does not take a school photo, there will be other opportunities to upload a photo for the IVA yearbook. Be sure to park and follow the arrows to find the photo location. Parents should wait outside while the photo is being taken.

There will be 4 sessions to accommodate parents of primary and upper grade students:

• 5:30 pm -5:55 pm- TK/Kindergarten and SAI2 Classes
• 5:55 pm-6:20 pm - 1st and 2nd grade
• 6:20 pm-6:45 pm- 3rd and 4th grade
• 6:45 pm-7:10 pm - 5th and 6th grade

Attendance - If your student is going to be absent from school please email or call our attendance office at 949 517-1501 or email at ivaelmattendance@iusd.org If your student will be leaving or arriving late to class due to a medical appointment please email the medical note from the provider to ivaelmattendance@iusd.org
