What a wonderful week it has been as we kick-started the new school year together! We're thrilled to see the energy and enthusiasm that everyone has brought to our classrooms and hallways.

BHA Admin Leads
Tuition Payments
- The first tuition payment will become due on September 1st, 2023.
- For ACH accounts tuition will be debited on the date selected.
- For everyone else, invoices will be emailed from Bright Horizon Academy and are payable online. Cash or check can also be brought to our office.
Authorization to administer medication at school
A new authorization form is required every school year, along with medications checked and replaced by the parent. Any students who need medicines and inhalers kept at school should submit the authorization form and current medications to the respective campus office as soon as possible.

Middle and High School Uniform Policy -Friendly Reminder
Thank you so much to the students who have adhered to the uniform policy. The link below serves as a reminder of these guidelines. All students are expected to be in their correct uniforms.
Please note: Black jackets and pants are not allowed; only plain navy is permitted, including the PE pants. If you need help finding any of the required uniform items, we are here to assist you. We can provide links to various affordable vendors.

AG Campus- Pick up and Drop off
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for all, we've established clear guidelines for pick-up and drop-off. These routines are designed to enhance safety and efficiency. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these procedures to contribute to a seamless school routine.
Clairemont Campus Updates
- During pick up and drop off, please be considerate and park inside the lanes to allow other people to find a parking spot
- Please fill out the allergy information and photo consent form sent earlier this week, if you haven’t done so already.
- Students TK -3rd grade can wear Juma’a appropriate attire on Fridays, if they want to.
