PHYSICALS
All 7th and 8th grade students interested in major sports must complete online Rank One Sport forms and turn in a 2023-2024 sports physical. All forms can be found below.
It is a UIL/TEA/LCISD requirement that your child has the required forms completed in order to be able to play football, tryout for volleyball, or be enrolled in Major Sports.
It is mandated by the UIL that every child that is planning to participate complete all required forms to play football, tryout for volleyball or be enrolled in Major Sports.

Cross Country
- Physicals and Rank One must be completed by October 16th
- Reporting Date: October 16th @ 7am for both 7th and 8th graders (boys/girls)
- Proper Attire: Tennis Shoes, Shorts/Tights/Shirts
- It is recommended Athletes must bring there own bottle /container of water.

If you have not gotten your physical and completed online rank one forms, you will not be able to tryout.
