FINALS - You MUST take your Finals - Not doing so could result in failing a required class for graduation!
This is a FALSE statement! Seniors MUST pass ALL Required classes with a grade average of 70 or above for both Semester 1 and Semester 2.
RUMOR ALERT: "Attendance DOES NOT count this year"
The 90% rule is still in effect this year. Assistant Principals will make a plan with students who fall below the 90% rule.
Turning in your work and having a grade average of 70 or above is the primary goal.
Reach out to your counselors, Amy Rogers, Michael Quintana, or your assistant principal, Cynthia Julian for support.
Seniors!
We are getting close to graduation, and we are so proud of the Class of 2021!
This has been a challenging year and we are excited to start celebrating with you! Please look below for details on the upcoming events and start planning to have some fun! Make sure that you are passing all your classes needed for graduation (all core and needed electives). If you have any questions about which classes are needed for graduation, please reach out to your counselor (Michael Quintana or Amy Rogers) or your Assistant Principal (Cynthia Julian).

Good afternoon Senior Families,
We had originally planned on having the Senior Parade "come rain or shine" however, due to forecasted thunderstorms with lightning, out of an abundance of caution, for safety reasons we have decided to reschedule the parade for 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
By Thursday we are hoping the showers đ§ will have passed and the sun âď¸ will be shining so that we can all celebrate the Class of 2021 with no chance of rain or soggy parade decor.
New times for arrival and details for the event can be found on the link below.

Seniors we need your Chromebooks!
Your Chromebooks, Chargers, and Hotspots will need to be returned after you have completed all of your schoolwork and final exams for the year. We need these devices for incoming Freshmen in the fall! Please be diligent about returning the devices no matter what condition they are in to avoid a delay in your graduation plans or to have yourself placed on an obligations list (which could keep you from walking at graduation).
Friday, May 28th, and Tuesday, June 1st following graduation practice will be available for you to return your device to Mr. Morgan in Room 201. If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Morgan at roger.morgan@austinisd.org or Ms. Snyder at janice.snyder@austinisd.org.

Celebrate with a "Proud of my Grad!" picture frame.
Austin ISD is proud of the Class of 2021, and to congratulate our graduates we have created Facebook profile picture frames to celebrate them reaching this milestone.
The frames can be both accessed in Spanish and English and say â2021 Grad!â and âProud of my Grad!â There are two frames: one for family and friends, and one for students. Austin ISD encourages our parents and students to use these frames to celebrate our #AISDProud Class of 2021.
Each high school campus has its own frames and design. To access the frames, click on the update option on your Facebook profile picture, click âadd frame,â and search for the right school. You can also visit www.facebook.com/profilepicframes to search for the high school name, AISD, AISDGrads or AISD 2021.
For more information on how to post a Facebook profile picture frame, please visit www.facebook.com/help. Visit the district graduation website to follow updates on this yearâs graduation ceremonies.
