Pre-K Registration & Child Find

April 18 and April 23 (8:00am-3:00pm)

Child must be 4-years old by August 15, 2024

Enrollment into our Pre-K program is not guaranteed. We are limited to 100 students and are required to follow the guidelines of our funding grant. Priority will be given to families who meet TDOE income guidelines.

You may begin the application process beginning April 8. If you do not have access to a computer or device, you may complete the online registration while your child is being screened for our program. Scroll down to make a Screening Appointment.

Please bring the following REQUIRED documents with you or upload on the application website:

Verification of Income (2023 W2s, 2023 Income Tax Return, SNAP or TANF case number verification or SSI documentation)
Birth Certificate (not the Mother's Copy)
Social Security card
Immunization/Physical Certificate

well-child physical summary
lead screening results

Dental Screening
Parenting Plan/Custody Order, if applicable
2 Current Proofs of Residence

Please click the tab below to make an appointment for your child to be screened at school. This screening takes about 15 minutes. While your child is being tested, you will have the opportunity to get any questions you may have answered and ensure all required documents have been provided.

Appointments can be made for April 18 or April 23 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
