REGISTRATION FOR EVERYONE - NEW AND EXISITING STUDENTS
Owens Families,
Registration for new and existing students for 2021-2022 is now open. Parents can use the following links for information regarding online registration. We need 100% participation.
The following link gives an overview about online registration for “Returning Families” and “New Families”. Parents can also proceed to Online Registration and Parent Self-Serve from here.

The following link is for “Existing Users” - Families that currently have or have previously had a student enrolled in Tyler ISD and already have a Parent Self-Serve Account. This link and QR Code titled (Existing Users) will take them straight to the login page for online registration. Once logged in, the parent will continue on until they receive a confirmation that registration has been completed.

The following link is for “New Users” - Families that do not currently have and have not previously had a student enrolled in Tyler ISD. This link and QR Code titled (New Users) will take them directly to where they can create a Parent Self-Serve Account. Once this is completed it will direct them to proceed to online registration. They will continue until they receive a confirmation that registration has been completed.

The following link is to Parent Account Manager - for existing users to be able to reset their parent account.

Existing students need to be sure to choose the 2021-2022 school year and do not need to upload any documents, but will only update their student’s information (contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
The following is a list of documents that are required to enroll a NEW student (students that are new to Owens). These can be uploaded during the online registration process:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record (this will be reviewed by the school nurse and must be up to date in order to start school)
- Proof of address (current utility bill – electric, gas, water or garbage – OR a current Lease Agreement)
- Parents Driver’s License
Once online registration is completed by the parent and we have received all of the required enrollment documents we will complete the student’s enrollment and they will be enrolled for 2021-2022.
