Time for School at Chillicothe R-2!

The Chillicothe R-II School District has a brand new student information system, Infinite Campus. All new and existing parents of enrolled students will be asked to access their "Campus Parent" account and complete Online Registration. Parents of existing students in the district should check their email for a link to create their Campus Parent Portal account. Parents of new students to the district should click on this link to create their Campus Parent Portal.

Parents should also download from the Google Play or Apple Store, the Infinite Campus Parent Portal App to access their child's grades, attendance, lunch account balance and much, much more.

The Chillicothe R-II School District has a free app, which parents and guardians can download on their phones to catch the latest announcements and news. Once the app is downloaded, users can set their preferences of which school news and announcements they wish to receive. Look for "Chillicothe R-II Schools" in the Google Play or Apple Store to stay informed.

This District also utilizes Livingston County's CodeRED Alert Sytem. Everyone is encouraged to sign up to receive alerts and updates by texting "LIVALERT" to 99411 to register on their smartphone. To register online, click on the following link: CodeRED

Ride 360, an app designed to help parents and the District's transportation department communicate more effectively, is now available. The app functions much like the Uber app and and will also provide a map of the bus route a parent's child is riding, the location of their bus and an approximate ETA to their bus stop. To sign your student(s) up for a bus route, please complete the appropriate form below. Elementary - K-5; CMS - Grades 6-8; CHS - Grades 9-12.

NOTE: The Chillicothe R-II Transportation Department will not be adding additional stops after the July 30th registration deadline. Those students registered after July 21st will have to use pre-existing stops which may be different from the stops established last year. Updates will be made to the routes after the first month of school.

• Meet the Hornets/Open House - August 22nd, 7 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
• MSHSAA Dead Period - July 1-9th

• Seventh & Eighth Grade Open House - August 16th, 6:30 PM.

• Please note that pre-k entry screenings are held for children turning 4 on or before July 31, 2024 for enrollment during the 2024-2025 school year, and for younger children who are experiencing learning and developmental delays for enrollment at any time.
