Dear Wildcats Families,
Daily during our announcements, influential African-Americans have been highlighted as we celebrate Black History Month. Teachers have done an excellent job weaving activities and learning experiences for students into the curriculum, which expand out knowledge of contributions from African-Americans. Here are Wharton we are embrace diversity and celebrate the accomplishments of all!

Creating a Well Rounded Educational Experience

Mariachi
On Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, students have the opportunity to learn the finer points of the art of mariachi music. Thanks to our wonderful instructors, students are becoming master musicians.

Be sure students come to school fully rested and ready to try their BEST! It is important for students to eat breakfast daily during testing, to support with energy and focus.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Spring conferences are scheduled for March 14 from 3:00-8:00. These will be held virtually or over the phone. Teachers will contact parents to schedule conference times.
Please note students will have school on this day, but they will be released at 1:50. Clubs will not take place on this day.
