Camille Goodison
Camille Goodison, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, is a graduate of the Syracuse University Creative Writing Program in Fiction. She also completed her doctorate in literature at Binghamton University. Her work of modernist fairy tales set in global locales has appeared in Callaloo, Calyx, Relief and Teachers and Writers Magazine, among other publications.
Liza Jessie Peterson
Liza Jessie Peterson is a poet, classically trained actress (an alum of the renowned National Shakespeare Conservatory) and a playwright. She has written eight plays, including the award-winning "The Peculiar Patriot," that have been featured in notable theaters and theater festivals nationally and internationally, including Brown University, Amsterdam Festivals, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Joe's Pub, to name a few. Also an educator, Liza has worked with incarcerated and urban youth, teaching them theater, poetry, and creative writing for 15 years.
Kiini Ibura Salaam
Kiini Ibura Salaam is a writer, painter, and traveler from New Orleans, Louisiana. Her work is rooted in eroticism, speculative events, women's perspectives, and artistic freedom. Her collection Ancient, Ancient --winner of the 2012 James Tiptree Award--spins sensual tales of the fantastic, the dark, and the magical. She has archived her micro-essays on writing at www.kiiniibura.com. Copies of her new book will be available for purchase.
