Principal's Message
Good afternoon CHS students and families,
It has been another amazing week at Canby High School. It is Homecoming Week, and we have enjoyed decorated halls, dress up days, and assemblies. We are looking forward to the parade this evening, the game tomorrow, and the dance on Saturday.
In addition to the Homecoming festivities, soccer hosted a Staff Appreciation Night, and the College and Career Center held a well attended evening. Fall Sports and our many clubs are in full swing. FFA recently attended a leadership camp and marketing is working hard to get the student store up and running. Please visit the student store booth at Friday’s football game to pick up some Canby gear.
CHS offers a variety of activities for students to participate in. I hope students are finding their niche and encourage all to explore other ways to engage at CHS.
Please save the date for conferences, coming up on Wednesday, October 18. We are pleased to offer both in person and Zoom options for conferences and are excited to have another opportunity to show off the new wing.
Have a wonderful week!
Best,
Cari Sloan

Changes to Gates at our Homecoming Football Game: We have had frustrating issues with our credit card readers in the past. This week, fans wishing to pay with a credit card will use a QR code that will be posted at the gates. You must have a cell phone with data access in order to use the QR payment system. We will continue to accept cash at the gates. We thank you for your flexibility.

Gabi Unger - Gabi is a freshman on our girls JV soccer team. Gabi has constantly shown desire to grow and improve on the soccer field. She is a leader and our current JV captain. Gabi scored 2 goals in our home game against Sprague. She has a great attitude and is always giving 100% while encouraging others to do the same.
