Teams: Blackboard FAQ

A Smore for Team Account is a highly discounted plan for multiple users that includes all of the features above, plus:

1. Management Dashboard
2. The ability to collaborate together on Newsletters.
3. Unlimited Newsletter Credits
4. Premium Plan Features (file attachments, scheduled deliveries,translation, extensive color panel, extra fonts, custom backgrounds, and more)
5. Premium customer support

1. The Email Report on the Analytics Feature: If a newsletter is sent out from Blackboard and not Smore, all email analytics are limited to what can be accessed within the Blackboard solution.
2. The ability to duplicate another member's newsletter template if you are a member of a Team Account: this can only be done when editing your newsletters from the Smore website.

Blackboard users who are designated as District or School Administrator accounts have access to the integration.

The Special Blackboard/Smore Plan comes with ten total Newsletter Credits. Every time a customer creates a new newsletter, one of the Newsletter Credits is used. The same newsletter can be re-used and re-sent in Blackboard without affecting the number of remaining credits. Keep in mind that on the trial plan, a user can only edit a newsletter up to four weeks after the newsletter has been created.

In order to edit your newsletters, make sure you are logged in to your personal Smore account through the Smore website on a separate browser tab from your Blackboard account. Then, you can edit and access the newsletter from Blackboard. For instructions, check out this guide: https://bit.ly/2JrkCMi
