A Message From the Principal's Desk

Bloomer Middle School Families,


As we approach the exciting month of December, I want to recognize the achievements of our students during first trimester. I am proud of our students for the outstanding effort and commitment they have shown in their academics, extracurricular activities and their behavior choices.


During this holiday season, students will begin a new trimester that will include exciting and valuable learning experiences. We are also looking forward to several other events that students will enjoy this month!

Report Cards

The trimester ended on November 16th. Your child's report card will include feedback regarding their progress on first trimester learning targets.

Report cards are accessed through Skyward Family Access under the Portfolio tab. A district email and phone call will notify you when they are available. You will also be able to print them from Family Access if you would like to. Upon request, we will send a print copy to you. Contact your school office if you would like to make that request.

Holiday Break

There is no school for students December 25th through January 2nd.

Winter Weather Gear

As the weather gets colder and snow arrives, please be sure your child comes to school prepared for the daily outdoor recess time. A warm coat, hat, and mittens are recommended and boots for those who choose to play in the snow.

Congratulations to our Students of the Month

Veterans Day Program

Our 7th and 8th grade students went to BHS for the Veteran’s program and our 5th and 6th graders watched the live stream of the event.

BMS Student Council

BMS student council members attended the WI Association of School Councils conference at CVTC on Friday, November 17th. The conference included a keynote speaker, breakout sessions full of motivational content, quality instruction, and great ideas for students to bring back to our school.

CVTC Tours

Students who were interested in learning more about CVTC's Emergency Service programs, had a chance to check out the Emergency Service building, hear from professors who teach in those programs and get hands-on experience with some of the equipment that is used during training. This is the first of three tours that BMS seventh and eighth graders are signed up to participate in at CVTC.
