Contingency Plans
Contingency Plans must be included in all Annual IEPs, with the exception of students who qualify as Speech Only. (Refer to this memo:)
- If different plans are needed for the current school year and next school year, two forms can be added. To distinguish the two plans apart from one another, use the field at the top of the form for βEffective Date for this Plan.β
- For the current school year and for the next school year: Delete any plan that is no longer applicable. Remember, both forms must be printed with the IEP; simply check the box next to the red statement, βIf checked, print with the Full ARD with Supplements reportβ.

Language! Live EOY Teacher Training

This training provides L!L teachers intensive student data review of 1st , 2nd, & 3rd benchmarks, individual and class data to make data-based student placement recommendations for the following school year. EOY program procedures will also be addressed. All GEC, GEC Split Funded, and BSC Language Live Teachers are encouraged to attend.
