Tiger Weekly Update!
Belleville High School
BHS Update - Week of October 3rd
Greetings BHS Families, IT’S HOMECOMING WEEK!!
This is Week #6 of Semester 1. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the SENIOR Virtual Meeting last Wednesday! We had a great turnout, and the information provided was extremely valuable. To view the slides and information, use this link: https://bit.ly/2GSsQ4I
It’s Homecoming Week! This week is one of the highlights of high school life, so we’re looking forward to having a great time! Thank you in advance to all the families who have donated and who are volunteering their time to support!
In addition to this, this Wednesday is COUNT DAY, so it is especially important for ALL students to be present and on time for all classes.
Lastly, please speak with your student(s) about the danger of following bad information. Specifically, the TikTok Challenges that have caused students to be ticketed and fined, have caused their families to endure unneeded stress and drama. Our students have been forewarned of the drastic negative consequences that follow drastic negative actions. While the great majority of our students would never follow such negative trends, we still ask that you have these conversations - even concerning distancing themselves from those who could potentially get them into trouble. Together, we can continue the positive image and legacy that represent the Belleville Tiger name.
It takes a village to raise a child. ~ African Proverb
