Be Seen with Green - Mental Health Awareness Month
The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties is asking community members to join us in raising awareness for Mental Health Awareness in the month of May with our Be Seen with Green initiative. Attached is a flyer with ideas on ways to participate.

Career Fair Opportunities
Allen County OMJ Career Fair: A letter was sent home with 3rd quarter grades cards explaining that all seniors, other than those taking the AP English Language Exam that morning, will be attending the Ohio Means Jobs Career Fair on May 9 at the UNOH Event Center. Virtual Youth Career Fair: Shawnee has registered for a statewide virtual career fair that is open to all graduating seniors. During the whole month of May, seniors will have the opportunity to learn about career opportunities across Ohio. Whether seeking part time, full time, internship, apprenticeship, etc. this is a one stop shop. Shawnee staff will be working with seniors to register, and students will then have access to the virtual career fair from May 1-31, 8 am-11:30 pm each day. More information will come through English classes and Google Classroom.

National Honor Society Tutoring
NHS Tutoring is now also offered during the school day on Tuesdays and Thursdays! See your school counselor for more information.
Math Tutoring
Mrs. Keller, one of our high school math teachers, is offering tutoring to all students every Wednesday until 3pm in Room 210.
