Good Morning E.L.M. Families,


Happy Friday! Brrr...it's chilly up on the mountain. Please remind your student to dress for the weather. We will be outside for PE and recess today. Thank you.

* Aftercare - Payments due by 9/23 for attendance during week of 10/3 - 10/7 . A friendly reminder that Oct. 7th is a half day of school. Thank you.


* The PTG will be hosting a Little Caesar's Pizza fundraiser. Information and order forms about the fundraiser will be sent home next week. Our PTG funds have been depleted over the past two years, with lack of fundraising opportunities, so we appreciate everyone's support and efforts of this important fundraiser. Thank you.


* Ski Club 2023! Please take a moment and complete the Ski Club survey below, if you are near certain that your student(s) would participate. This information will allow us to determine if the ski club is feasible and what the final costs might be.


* Unfortunately, we have been unable to secure a school adjustment counselor for the same amount of time (2+ days per week), as what we had last year. The good news is that Mr. Friedman will return to support our students on Friday mornings, and will begin next week. If you need to reach Mr. Friedman for anything his email is jfriedman@nbsunion.com.


Planning Ahead:


* We will be attending a field trip to Jaeschke's Apple Orchard on Thursday, Oct. 6th from 9:30am-12:00pm. As always, families are welcome to meet us there to join in on the fun. Thank you PTG for your support of this trip.


A Note from Nurse Jacquelyn:


* We will host a Flu/Covid Booster Clinic here at school on Thursday, October 20th at 3:00pm. All families and staff are welcome to participate. A flyer is attached below with a link to preregister.
